Since 2016, our focus has shifted towards the development of tourist and leisure facilities, crystallizing our passion for creating unique and memorable spaces. Minimaroc, our flagship project, exemplifies our ability to turn dreams into reality, becoming the premier miniature park in Morocco and Africa.

In 2018, YLA unveiled a 5-star IGH Hotel in the heart of Casablanca, showcasing our mastery in the art of renovation and urban revitalization. Concurrently, we bring to life the aspirations of our partners through the creation of guest houses and luxury villas in Marrakech, as well as commercial spaces and modern offices that match their ambitions.
